Shortage of Ingredients
- Problem: Running out of the important ingredients such as flour, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and chocolate toppings that cause the production delay
- Solution: Prepare and arrange the exact amount of ingredients needed according to the pre-order and buy an extra stock so it can be used during emergency
High competition from other food sellers
- Problem: Many of the students are also doing their business and sell their products in campus, so it is hard for our product to get sales.
- Solution: Create a meme and post a various poster on our social media so that our product can get well recognized by the customer. We also do post a countdown poster for the expo festival to tell a customer that we are going to sales on that specific day.
Times constraints among group members
- Problem: Team members struggle to balance classes, assignments, and production time, leading to delay.
- Solution: Divided the tasks carefully for each batch and create a production schedule that aligns with everyone’s availability. other than that, is helping and building cooperation to help a member that cannot their task in time
Lack communication within the team
- Problem: Miscommunication between the team members leads to wrong orders, delayed preparation, and inconsistent product quality.
- Solution: Held a short conversation to clarify the situation and further discuss all the misbehavior. this to ensure everyone has the same understanding and tries to commit to continuing the next task.
